violet bramble

muddle 1 slice cucumber with 1 slice lemon

1/2 oz creme de violette

dash lavender bitters (we use scrappy’s)

shake briefly over ice to mix

strain into a large flute and top with prosecco

lemon twist garnish

 

*as a non-alcoholic cooler, subtract the creme de violette and prosecco and top with soda water.  this version is called a daily alice.
