1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz campari
3/4 oz orange juice
1/2 oz prosecco
dash angostura bitters
combine all but the prosecco over ice in a mixing glass.
shake and strain into a martini shell
top with prosecco
garnish with orange zest
it’s a little bit bitter, a little bit sweet, and the ginger is prominent. hence the name.
