lumberjack flip

1 1/2 oz applejack

1/2 oz falernum

1/2 oz orange juice

1/2 oz lemon juice

1 egg white

 

combine over ice and shake.

strain into a bucket over fresh ice.

dash of angostura over top (you can swirl it around for a nice effect if you like).

garnish with lemon and a cherry.

 

a drink for summer, in seattle.  light enough for the sunshine, toothy enough for twilight.
