jet-set flip

3/4 oz dark rum (i prefer gosling’s)

3/4 oz tuaca

3/4 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

3-4 drops vanilla extract

1 egg white

combine all over ice

shake.  strain over fresh ice in a bucket.

garnish with lemon.

one of my favorite cocktails i’ve invented, originally made for the practical hedonist launch party a couple of years ago.
